Why Should I Hire a Registered Immigration Consultant?
Canadian immigration laws, policies and forms change very frequently. Canadian immigration law is very complex and difficult to read, which can lead to incorrect interpretation and subsequent mistakes in your application. While the forms and guides that can be found on IRCC website are fully available to everyone, they are far from being exhaustive and can be easily misrepresented. I have an extensive knowledge of Canadian Immigration Laws, policies and procedures and I apply this knowledge to find the best possible and the most cost effective category that suits you the best. I am required by the regulatory body to upgrade my knowledge and skills on a regular basis in order to keep up with the latest changes in Immigration Law.
By hiring me, you can rest assured that your application is prepared on a highly professional level. I will submit your application on your behalf, regularly monitor the progress of your application, guide you through the whole immigration process and effectively communicate with IRCC regarding your application.
Who is an Authorized Representative?
Only the following people are authorized to charge a fee, to represent you or advise you in connection with a Canadian immigration proceeding or application:
-
Immigration Consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council
-
lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, and
-
Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
IRCC will not deal with non-authorized Immigration representatives. As a result of hiring non-authorized immigration representative, your application may be significantly delayed, returned or even rejected. Whenever you hire a representative to communicate with IRCC on your behalf, check their credentials by asking them to provide you with their membership number and verify it with the relevant body about their good standing. If the agency, company or person that you are about to hire does not provide you with this number, there is a high possibility that they are an un-authorized representatives and you put yourself at risk of being scammed.
